Our Quality Guarantee
We promise that your items will arrive in perfect condition. If they are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace them for free.
How to Request a Replacement
If something isn’t right with your order, here’s what to do:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@mexaschingones.store within 8 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or problem (JPEG or PNG format)
- We’ll Review Your Claim: Our team will evaluate your request and may ask for more details if needed.
- Get a Replacement: Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost to you through our print provider Printify.
Refunds
Since all our products are made-to-order, refunds are typically not available. However, we may offer store credits in special cases at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed products cannot be returned unless defective
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
