Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

• Domestic (Mexico): $5.95 – $14.95 flat rate (depending on product weight/size)
• International: $19.95 – $34.95 flat rate (depending on product weight/size)
• Expedited shipping options available at checkout (additional cost)
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed within 2-3 business days
• Weekends and Mexican federal holidays are not counted as business days
• Pre-order items will ship only when all products in the order are available

Made-to-Order Products

All our print-on-demand products (desk mats, posters, blankets, and footwear) are made-to-order through our production partner.

Production Timeline:

• 5-7 business days crafting period
• Production occurs Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
• Tracking information emailed immediately after shipment

Important Notes

1. Address Verification:
   • Double-check your shipping address before ordering
   • Contact us immediately at support@mexaschingones.store for address changes
   • We cannot modify orders already in production or shipped
2. Order Updates:
   • Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase
   • Shipping confirmation with tracking sent when dispatched
3. Delivery Issues:
   • Not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customer
   • Lost/stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery
